- 6″ piece of background fabric
- 3″ square of dress fabric
- 2″ square of hat fabric
- 2″ square for wings
- 1″ X 2″ piece fabric for boot
- Tiny scrap of flesh for hands
- Piece off trim 2″ long by 1/4″ wide
- A single ribbon rose with leaf
- 1/2 yd. pre-gathered lace
- Metallic sewing thread or a single strand of embroidery floss
