<p><strong>Materials:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Small amounts of size 10 thread.</li>
<li>1&#8243; plastic ring.</li>
<li>Size B crochet hook, or desired size steel hook.</li>
<li>Small amounts of ribbon and flowers.</li>
<li>Clasp forthe back, or small magnet.</li>
<li>Glue.</li>
<li>Fabric Stiffener.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Instructions:</strong><span id="more-72"></span></p>
<ol>
<li> 46 sc inside plastic ring. This creates the head. Join with a sl st to beginning st, ch 3, turn.</li>
<li>2 dc in next 11 sc, ch 3, turn.</li>
<li>2 dc in each dc across, ch 3, turn.</li>
<li>dc in same dc, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat scross. Fasten off.</li>
<li>Join in 21st dc from the edge, ch 3, dc in next 24 dc, ch 3, turn.</li>
<li>2 dc in each dc across, ch 3, turn. Weave in ends.</li>
<li>Stiffen as desired. Let dry completely.</li>
<li>Glue ribbons and flowers to front neck area as desired. Let dry.</li>
<li>Flip over and glue either a clasp or a magnet to the back.</li>
</ol>
