Paper Tole is a craft kit. It is fun for all ages. Below is an easy example of paper tole craft. Paper tole is an art technique in which part or all of an image is raised from the surface to give a three dimensional effect which enhances the natural shape of the image.
Instruction
For this cross craft, you will need scissor, colorful heavy paper and silicon gel or hot glue.
Apply silicon gel or hot glue to the underside of each piece. Make it as high as you wish to raise the image.
